A Bachelor's or Master's degree from four-year college or university preferred, or, alternatively, 15 years senior-level compliance management experience; Prior compliance experience at a large/regional bank subject to direct CFPB oversight and supervision preferred; Expert-level familiarity with federal and state banking regulations preferred; Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager ("CRCM") preferred, or similar compliance certification.
