We are looking for compassionate Home Health Director if Regulatory and Quality with:

• Licensed healthcare professional required (e.g., Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) with current, active licensure in good standing.

p>This role partners closely with HMS Operational Leadership, the Operations Advancement team, technology product teams and other internal stakeholders to continuously enhance team quality, improve client results, accelerate training and onboarding, and drive long-term retention and expansion.

p>The Lead Director, SOX/SOC1 Audit Governance & Quality Controls leads audit governance, control oversight, and quality assurance readiness across a complex, regulated environment. This role drives audit execution, strengthens control performance, and partners across operations, finance, compliance, technology, and audit teams to ensure effective governance and timely remediation.

This role will be directly involved with both strategy development and day-to-day tactical execution related to QMS processes such as Document Management, Training Management, Change Control, Management Review (MR), Annual Product Quality Review (APQR), Deviation, CAPA, Risk Management, and GxP Computer System Assurance.

The role requires systems thinking, strong communication, and a partnership mindset to deliver integrated solutions, build trust cross-functionally, and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, operators, and global partners.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS: Job requires the following: remain stationary for sustained periods of time; ability to move about to accomplish tasks; must be able to operate a computer or similar technology, which typically involves substantial motions of wrist, hands and/or fingers; visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing data, operating equipment or review thoroughness of work; ability to communicate with others and exchange information. The Director Quality and Process Improvement provides strategic and operational leadership for all quality assurance, process improvement, change management, Lean/Kaizen activities, contract compliance, operational training activities, and key operational projects across Goodwill Great Lakes.

p>Summary The Senior Director, Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) is responsible for leading and advancing the company's food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs across all manufacturing sites. The Senior Director partners cross-functionally to drive enterprise-wide FSQ initiatives and foster a strong culture of food safety and quality.
