GENERAL SUMMARY:  The Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. Qualifications:
<div class="x_elementToProof">What You Bring</div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or a related field.</li></ul><div class="x_elementToProof">Your Experience</div><ul><li>Proven supervisory or people‑leadership experience (required).</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within supply chain, warehouse operations, or food processing/packaging.</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse processes and systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships, motivate teams, and influence positive change.</li><li>Mobility and willingness to take on broader assignments for future development.</li></ul>Work Location: Fully onsite - Jonesboro Manufacturing Facility
