We buy, renovate, and resell a high volume of homes offering a guaranteed, fast, and hassle-free sale to people who want to sell their house without paying a Realtor commission.
Coordinate building upkeep, vendors, and routine maintenance.
Own cleanliness systems and cleaning rotation schedule.
Coordinate key facility items (ex: fire system maintenance) and ensure follow-through.
Track and manage facility-related renewals with appropriate escalation.
C) Purchasing Execution (POs + Vendor Cadence). as needed and track completion.
