This position is responsible for providing services to patients, families, and significant others, including, as appropriate, completion of biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, formulation of treatment plans, and treatment interventions, therapy sessions (individual, couple, families, or group), implementation of treatment plans, and discharge planning in order to support and/or enhance biopsychosocial functioning. • Through individual, family, or group modalities, employs clinical intervention skills including, but not limited to, treatment planning, continuum of care planning, including discharge planning, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, specialized problem-oriented planning and intervention, and educational counseling.
