This structure allows Sales Managers to oversee strategy, New Business, forecasting, and lead distribution, while Sales Event Coordinators maintain momentum at the client level and drive consistent conversion across the shared sales pipeline. The Sales Events Coordinator is a revenue-focused role responsible for converting assigned inbound Catering and Private Dining leads into booked events, while also supporting outbound sales efforts to drive incremental growth.
