p>Role and Responsibilities: ⢠Develops and implements the overall project management strategy aligned with organizational goals ⢠Leads the planning and execution of complex, multi-site development ⢠Oversees and mentors a team of site supervisors and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture ⢠Directs the tracking and execution of all new development ⢠Manages the process of purchase of materials, tracks invoices, O.'s and payments to contractors and vendors ⢠Provides updated communications to the campus and support ⢠Partners with the development/construction team in the obtaining of bids and contractor selection for ⢠Partners with architects, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure design and execution excellence ⢠Maintains document administration and project spend-down ⢠Provides executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership on project portfolio health, risks, and opportunities ⢠Serves as the primary liaison between Development, Finance, and Operations teams ⢠Assists with project budget development and aids project supervisors ⢠Partners with Development Fixed Asset/New Construction AP Coordinator to ensure that all invoices are submitted and paid timely.
Physical Requirements:
⢠Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours ⢠Must be able to lift at least 50lbs ⢠Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
