INTRODUCTION:

15.Monitor and evaluate staff performance and discuss with RSC.
16.Recommend and administer disciplinary action for staff not meeting satisfactory performance or violation of company policies.
17.Participate in interviewing and hiring process.
18.Available for off-duty calls regarding staff or consumer needs.
19.Submits weekly report on staff, consumers to Residential Coordinator and Program Director.
20.Initiate purchase requests in a timely manner to meet the needs of the consumers served.

The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling to retail store locations, engaging with employees and store personnel, and ensuring quality project execution for key merchandising initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, product stocking, audits, and data / photo collection. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates, covering 200+ retail locations within a specific market area.
This position will be an important member of the District Leadership team supporting a district comprised of 248 associates and 17 locations across a geography that includes the northern, southern, eastern and western most locations including Nashville, LaVergne, and Huntsville. If you have HR functional experience and skills, e.g., managing associate performance, leading difficult discussions, developing associates, ability to anticipate evolving business, we are interested in hearing from you, including if this experience was gained during time spent in a Penske operational role.
