li>Technical Knowledge: Deep technical knowledge of BMS platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys), HVAC systems, control logic, and integration protocols (like BACnet, Modbus).

A BMS (Building Management System) Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects involving the design, installation, integration, commissioning, and handover of building automation systems.

Objectives: Execute investment projects with a budget of $40M to $150M with high complexity according the CPP process and requirements described below: Develop, guide, review, and present project feasibility studies and business cases that accurately identify project benefits, risks, and returns project assignments concurrently and driving projects to completion. Responsible for equipment and work specifications; develops schedules, budgets and forecasts; validates the selection of materials equipment, project resources, and contractors, and ensures all aspects of the design are reviewed technically and commercially for scope, safety, quality, and functionality.
