    Project Manager
    Atlanta, GA (Hybrid with 3 days work from office/ week)
    JD:
    • 37+ years of project management experience in telecommunications/broadband/data infrastructure, or network operations.
    • understanding of HFC, fiber, DOCSIS, construction workflows, and service delivery processes.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highvolume environment.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

    Project Leadership
    • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Drive execution of upgrades, node splits, plant extensions, commercial builds, and service delivery initiatives.
    • Manage endtoend delivery of network, broadband, fiber, and infrastructure projects.

    CrossFunctional Coordination
    • Lead project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
    • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
    Operational Excellence
    • Utilize telecomspecific tools and workflows (e.g., CSG/ICOMS, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
    • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure project success.
    • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues.
    Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety requirements, and local permitting regulations.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and reporting in accordance with PMO guidelines.

    Preferred
    • PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
    • Experience with enterpriselevel PMO frameworks.
    • Familiarity with permitting processes, utility coordination, or commercial service installations.
