Your responsibilities will include: • Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump lift stations, and distribution and collection systems • Leading cross-functional project teams from concept through completion • Building trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycle • Mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your team • Developing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents • Supporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit, planning, and teaming strategy.
Preferred Qualifications: • Masters degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering • 12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects • P.E. license or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months.
