The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Assist with project coordination from preconstruction through closeout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Track project schedules and support procurement activities. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate reporting. Support budget tracking and cost control initiatives. Help ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

For the Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager, we are seeking: 1+ years of commercial construction experience preferred. Experience supporting ground-up commercial projects. Understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project controls. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction. Experience with mixed commercial projects preferred. Candidates heavily focused on multifamily construction will not be a strong fit.
