p>PRIMARY PURPOSE: This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of 4-5 concurrent large‑scale development initiatives, including ground‑up and redevelopment projects encompassing retail, mixed‑use, and can include hospitality, residential, office, and entertainment components, ensuring delivery aligns with approved scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
