div>· Primary point of contact for clients during reconstruction projects
· Provide project updates, request documents, and set clear expectations
· Collect and audit daily site reports, photos, and job documentation
· Organize and maintain job files in Encircle
· Assemble estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
· Track contracts, invoices, submittals, approvals, and deadlines
· Support invoicing and collection calls (deductibles and balances due)
· Coordinate communication with vendors, adjusters, and internal teams.
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable with direct conversations and persistent follow-up
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Restoration / construction admin experience preferred
· Xactimate experience preferred but not required.
