Responsibilities ⢠Read and understand proposals, subcontracts, government, and commercial contract documents ⢠Set up and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint, accounting system according to contract specifications and reporting requirements (project setup encompasses, but is not limited to, revenue & billing formulas, indirect ceilings, fixed fee rates, workforces, etc.) ⢠Review and process contract modifications into accounting system ⢠Prepare and distribute contract briefs ⢠Support projects through close out of contracts ⢠Communicate project related information to corporate departments, SBUs and Subsidiaries ⢠Liaison with Central Treasury, Accounting, Human Resources, Strategic Business Units, and Subsidiaries on project setup related issues ⢠Provide weekly project updates to Team Lead Project Controls ⢠Other duties as assigned.
