About the Role:

The BVT Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of business validation testing processes within the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying discrepancies, and validating business processes to support informed decision-making. The analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and document test cases that align with business requirements and compliance standards. By providing detailed insights and recommendations, the BVT Analyst helps mitigate risks and improve operational workflows. Ultimately, this role contributes to maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement across business validation initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business validation testing or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
  • Proficiency with testing tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and test management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and document findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry.
  • Advanced certifications in business analysis or quality assurance (e.g., CBAP, ISTQB).
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
