Well established, highly profitable regional CPA firm seeks a Tax Supervising Senior to add to their growing staff.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree + 12-semester units in applied behavior analysis + 1 year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services OR;
- Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services + RBT Certification OR;
- Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
The program supervisor serves in the field as the manager responsible for the case, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing education and training for client caregivers.
This is a hybrid of field work and on site based at 21HHS office:
San Jose Office: Spend 2 days per week in the office for administrative and team management duties.
Fieldwork: Spend 3 days per week (average 12+ per week) in the field conducting supervisory visits and offering direct support to RN Case Managers.
