Possession of a Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a Behavioral Science Field, or possession of a bachelors degree in Nursing and licensed by the State of Oregon, or possession of a bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; AND. Maintains responsibility for direct services including monitoring customer service delivery and work processes; ensures compliance with payer requirements; monitors staff workload and productivity; develops/implements policies and procedures; addresses quality improvement needs; conducts staff time studies and sets work parameters.
