Responsibilities:** + Lead a portfolio of AI supported initiatives supporting construction from concept through implementation and adoption + Partner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use cases + Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metrics + Establish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reporting + Drive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practices **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field + 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery + 2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives + Experience leading cross-functional programs with business and technical stakeholders + Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field + Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environments + Familiarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platforms + Experience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligence + PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomes The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $107,000.00 - $193,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. **Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for** **_all_** **.** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.
