Position Summary: The Program Coordinator serves as a vital liaison between Kilgore College and Christus Health System in the implementation of the KC/Christus Nursing Apprenticeship (Nursing WORKS - Workforce-Oriented Readiness, Knowledge, and Structure). The Program Coordinator serves as a vital liaison between Kilgore College and Christus Health System in the implementation of the KC/Christus Nursing Apprenticeship (Nursing WORKS – Workforce-Oriented Readiness, Knowledge, and Structure).

As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.

Own store success and take ownership for store employees' work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions. All General Managers are required to attend and successfully complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date.
