p>B.S. or higher in Chemical Engineering (Masters preferred) Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with 5 years in a leadership role Knowledge of semiconductor or related high purity chemical industry Experience with PLM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and engineering change management Experience with manufacturing process development, design analysis, optimization, value analysis, and strategic project management (DFSS/DFM) Background in developing manufacturing requirements for global product introduction Experience working within a global, multicultural organization Proven ability to scale new manufacturing processes Demonstrated continuous improvement results on a global level Ability to influence leadership at all levels Expertise in developing and executing strategic plans. • Develop and own safety culture within the development engineering team • Collaborate with product management, research, and engineering teams to meet phase gate commitments • Own project management deliverables for NPD processes • Integrate new products into the global factory environments • Support critical continuous improvement processes for NPD and manufacturing • Create, manage, and validate the deliverables from product development to sources of supply • Develop performance metrics focused on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and process performance • Participate in establishing, validating, and execution of the supply chain design • Use of structured problem-solving techniques • Lead, inspire, and coach the professional development of the New Product Engineering Team • Manage change through cross-functional partnering in a global environment • Ability to travel 15% both domestically and internationally.
