| Job Description: | The Manager, Administrative Services oversees the University of Florida’s PCard Program and plays a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting UF spend data across PCard, Accounts Payable, and purchasing systems. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll support campus departments through presentations, site visits, troubleshooting, and fiscal systems guidance, acting as a trusted partner to senior fiscal officers, deans, and administrative leaders. Position Summary: The ideal candidate is an up-and-coming project manager that can support multiple projects from all aspects, including design, estimating, billing, execution, change management, and closeout. Position Requirements · High school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred · Valid driver’s license · At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience · At least 3 years of industry experience · IICRC certification a preferred Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies · Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance · Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) · Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects · Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
