Manager of Youth Care Specialists Cornerstones of CareManager of Youth Care SpecialistsKansas City, MissouriThis position ensures coverage of the after-hours emergency line, triaging incoming calls, problem-solving, and assigning tasks including but not limited to assisting with missing youth search efforts, assisting with diligent parent searches, organizing the clothing closet, restocking supplies, creating orange books, sanitizing stations, identifying, labeling, and storing the personal items of youth, creating facility books, grocery shopping, completing laundry, conducting safety checks on car seats, and deep cleaning. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling, or Psychology which includes the equivalent of 30 semester hours in either human development/human behavior, child development, family intervention techniques, diagnostic measures, or therapeutic techniques such as social work, psychology, sociology, guidance/counseling, and child development, and at least two years of work experience in the Child Welfare arena.
