p>The Program Manager drives program execution, manages risks and opportunities, tracks key milestones, and provides clear communication to stakeholders while supporting ONEs mission to develop and manufacture innovative battery technologies and energy storage solutions. This role serves as the central coordinator between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, business development, and executive leadership to ensure that both product and manufacturing processes are developed, validated, and launched on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer, automotive quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
