p>Inherent to the duties of this position is competency in programs defining the compliance function within the context of all affordable programs including, but not limited to, the Housing Tax Credit (HTC), Tax Exempt Bond (Bond), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Affordable Housing Disposition (AHDP), Project Based Section 8 (PRS8), and Public Housing (PH) programs. The Affordable Programs Manager has assigned oversight responsibilities for the implementation and monitoring of assigned aspects of affordable housing programs, to include, but not limited to, HTC, BOND, HTF, HOME, CDBG, AHDP, PBS8, 811 and PH programs.
