Program Managers work closely with executives, business, care site, and operational leaders on large, complex, cross-functional initiatives across OhioHealth in the areas of growth and expansion, new product introductions & software upgrades, continuous improvement, & cultural transformations. Develops project artifacts with workstream leaders and subject matter experts that include, but are not limited to charter, project scope, schedule, resource management, risk management, performance management, and stakeholder management.
