Support academic course arrangements, including scheduling courses, submitting courses for approval to GSAS, reserving classrooms for all courses, ensuring courses are posted on the directory of classes, assisting faculty with CourseWorks (Canvas) setup, grade submission, class rosters, compiling evaluation reports, and distributing them to faculty and staff. Serve as a resource for students navigating University systems: check in with students having difficulties, monitor student progress, coordinate degree audits, clear students to graduate, process leave of absence requests, withdrawals from the program, grade changes, and keep students updated on upcoming deadlines.
