The Assistant Corporation Counsel Supervisor will work under the general supervision of the Chief Assistant Corporation Counsel of the Division and will be given a high level of responsibility for handling a broad range of real estate transactional matters, including drafting ordinances, letters of intent, purchase and redevelopment agreements, leases (including ground leases), intergovernmental agreements, easement agreements, and other transactional documents; analyzing due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, appraisal and other reports; preparing ancillary closing documents; advising City departments on zoning/entitlements, landmark, and procedural matters.
