Position Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Research, Program Evaluation, & Project Management Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of systems for a comprehensive research, program evaluation, and review cycle for district-wide programs Lead the annual program evaluation process including development of evaluation scope, data analysis, and action planning using results to promote efficiency of resource allocation and continuous improvement to ensure programming supports improved student achievement Oversee the Project Management Office to facilitate intake, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
