Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support CEO Mario Murgado while working closely with our Executive Assistant. This role is based from our home corporate office in the Miami area and is responsible for keeping the executive office organized, responsive, and ahead of deadlines.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to executives managing international clients, airline relationships, investors, legal advisers, technical teams, and finance partners. Create, review, and complete expense reimbursement reports, including accumulating supporting documentation and reconciling travel expenses charged to corporate AMEX accounts, primarily using Concur; work with AP for timely payments and track reimbursements.
