Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics • Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab • Coursework or exposure in one or more of the following Digital Signal Processing, Wireless Communication, Digital Communication, RF Systems, RF Circuits • Excellent analytical skills: critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis • Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW a plus • Good initiative and motivation in a challenging environment • Strong team worker within multi-discipline and multi-cultural environments • Self-motivated and fast learner with strong technical, analytical and communication skills. • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering • Minimum 5 years of work experience • Knowledge of the basic concepts of analog RF and microwave electronics • Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro) and other relevant engineering tools • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
