This role leads the planning and delivery of high-impact regional events & trainings—ranging from large-scale events, (up to 10,000 attendees) such as regional Graduation Ceremonies, Teacher Collaboration and Back to School Bash, to partnering on all Teacher and Leader trainings in-region (up to 1,500 attendees) and the reservation coordination of the assigned Regional Office —ensuring each touchpoint and impact reflects IDEA’s mission, culture, and values. Serves as the central coordination hub across internal teams—including Teaching & Learning, School Teams, Communications and Creative Services, Marketing, Operations, and Philanthropy—to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, branding, and execution.
