Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Estimating, Project Controls, Project Management, Superintendents, engineering partners, and field teams to support procurement planning, long-lead item tracking, early design and scope alignment, and schedule-driven purchasing decisions, including coordination required for prefabricated and modular work packages. Contract & Purchase Order Management: Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders, bid packages, and procurement agreements in alignment with Walbridge policies, legal requirements, and project needs, including coordination of fabrication schedules, packaging requirements, transportation, and site delivery expectations when applicable.
