p>Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): In lieu of Bachelors Degree and 3 Years of Experience, will consider the following combinations: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or Supply Chain with 5 years' experience in related business system area (Finance, Accounting, Material Management, or Inventory Management).
Required Training: Advanced Excel and/or report writing skills;
Proficiency using Oracle/PeopleSoft or related procurement software;
Strong Query/SQL skills and other database query and reporting tools;
Strong understanding of Financial, Clinical or Supply Chain processes and data.
