The specific responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Completing HVAC system maintenance and repairs to include changing filters; Calibrating thermostats; Replacing motors, pumps and compressors; Repairing grills and ducts; Changing belts and pulleys; Repairing air control components and electrical components; Performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks as well as troubleshooting HVAC system malfunctions; May diagnose system malfunctions and replace failing mechanical components; Will also evaluate ventilation efficiency; Offering suggestions for improvement of Campus maintenance; Completing all other duties as assigned; Working additional weekend hours may be required.
