p>a) Monitors project quality and progress regularly; oversees reporting; and ensures project milestones are met; b) Adjusts project plans, schedules, resources, and requirements as needed and elevates issues beyond his/her control that threaten timeliness of project;
c) Works with the ITPMB Director to coordinate with IT leadership, stakeholders, customers, and team members to assess and report on project changes in scope, resource requirements, risk, and objectives;
d) Ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, results are high quality, and meet customer expectations;
e) Coordinate requirements gathering meetings with business owners and end users;
f) Coordinate solution demos and reviews to determine if solutions meet the requirements (initial fit-gap analysis), including any technical constraints;
g) Coordinate and lead project planning meetings to provide information and updates in the area of responsibility.
a) Establishes and implements project management processes for IT projects, those encompassing IT support to a function where the projects have impact to the DOE;
b) Assembles project plans, establishes project milestones, identifies resource requirements, and makes overall project work assignments based on requirements and analysis, using technical knowledge of the design and development process as well as skill in project management processes and principles.
