p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms in a Windows environment Experience managing mobile devices, including Android, macOS, and iOS platforms Experience with application packaging, structured software deployment, and patch management processes Working knowledge of endpoint configuration, system hardening, and security best practices Scripting experience required (PowerShell); familiarity with Python preferred Experience using Git-based version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab) preferred Exposure to infrastructure automation or configuration management tools (e.g., AWX, Ansible) preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field OR equivalent work experience Ability to work within designated normal office hours and participate in on-call rotation May be required to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
