Primary Responsibilities:
Provides program support to ensure efficient PMO operation, such as passing clearances, tracking and maintaining schedules, tracking program-related emails, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.
li> Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera SureTrak, including ability to set up a schedule from scratch, including creation of filters and layouts for different printouts; knowledge of Sage/Timberline PJ project management, PDF editing, electronic file management and scheduling software helpful . Field Operations - Enforce company safety policies on jobsite, working closely with the Project Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Safety Manager to support the project safety plan .
