Job Description Summary: The Systems Analyst Epic supports the design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications to optimize clinical and operational workflows.

Support and maintenance of the global HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors) including, but not limited to, auditing of employee transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, researching and resolving system problems and unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
