Your Role
This role supports day-to-day execution of highly complex and integrated Point-of-Sale (POS product delivery, including requirements, scoping, quality assurance, compliance, and delivery coordination. The Sr. Product Analyst partners with the Product Owner to support planning, roadmap execution, continuous improvement, product stability, and business value realization. They work closely with Store Operations, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, BCM, Engineering, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to align business needs, delivery outcomes, and product priorities.
Your Impact
Support Product Vision Execution
Under the direction of the Product Owner, support and coordinate product lifecycle activities for assigned capabilities from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, adoption, stabilization, and ongoing improvement.
Drive day-to-day execution with the product team, including tech leads, developers, and UX, to ensure commitments are met.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define, evaluate, and recommend product features that support the product vision and business priorities.
Maintain a detailed understanding of store and e-commerce systems, data, processes, and the customer experiences they drive.
Partner with UX Research and Customer Care to understand the product from the customer perspective and identify key pain points and experience opportunities.
Partner with Product Owner, engineering, QA, and operations teams to monitor quality, compliance, performance, technical debt considerations, and issue response to support product stability and business outcomes.
Work closely with the Product Owner, key stakeholders, and business partners to identify, gather, document, and clearly communicate product requirements, business use cases, and user acceptance criteria.
Own the translation of business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Support backlog refinement and prioritization with the Product Owner; ensure backlog items are clearly defined, sequenced, and ready for development.
Support solution design discussions and validate requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
Manage requirement changes and assess impacts on scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Follow best practices
Work with the product team to execute Lean/Agile processes and ceremonies, including backlog creation and grooming, UX research/prototyping, development, testing, deployment, analysis, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain documentation for key business processes and systems.

Minimum Salary: $112,700.00
Maximum Salary: $153,720.00
