p>Job Description: Under the direction of a Medical Group Executive Director or Market VP, the Practice Director provides effective leadership and creates a culture of accountability for Medical Group operations including excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance of care, patient experience, equity, patient access to care, financial stewardship, caregiver engagement, and growth.
Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
