The Director translates the Senior Director's strategy into team-level execution, serves as the senior people leader for the Level I analyst population, and contributes to cross-functional initiatives alongside the Senior Director. The Director, Client and Product Support, owns the Level I service delivery function within Client and Product Support ā directly leading two Assistant Managers who oversee the frontline Analyst IāIII teams.
ul>Works directly with the hospital and Healogics marketing departments to ensure that the wound care program has established strategic marketing plans and works with the same group and the hospital physician liaison to plan, coordinate, and execute activities directed toward increasing patient referrals to the Wound Care Center (WCC)(s). As needed, serves as case manager to a group of wound care patients, to include specific assessments and direct patient care according to protocols and procedures, clinical competence in procedural skills, treatments, and patient/caregiver education related to wound care management.
The Director owns performance of the infusion P\&L (revenue, cost, margin), leads strategic planning for the infusion program, and partners cross-functionally to optimize access, utilization, throughput, patient experience, and compliance. Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations experience, with at least 2 years in an infusion center or comparable outpatient service line; demonstrated ownership of financial performance and operational improvement.

- Develop and execute the organization's enterprise risk management strategy to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational, financial, legal, and strategic risks.
Previous Executive Director, Administrator, Advanced practice licenses or multi-branch leadership experience strongly preferred and will be compensated accordingly. Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight of all clinical teams, including RN Case Managers, LVNs, MSWs, Chaplains, CNAs, and IDG processes.
