Coordinate officeā and region-specific initiatives-primarily for the West Coast offices, with support for other regions as needed-maintain strong internal communication, and ensure alignment across teams on market-facing activities.
Through creating memorable experiences with each patient, the PM is responsible for "keeping score" and driving top line sales, increasing margin, controlling payroll expenses, and increasing profitability to meet the company's overall business objectives. The PM works directly with the staff and OD partners to ensure we are providing professional eye exams and medical services needed, quality product selection, acceptance of vision insurance plans, and remarkable patient service.
