p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: ā¢ Provide patient care under the supervision of attending orthopedic surgeons and senior APPs ā¢ Assist in operative cases appropriate to training level ā¢ Participate in inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge planning ā¢ Conduct outpatient clinic visits including histories, physical exams, and treatment planning ā¢ Participate in call coverage as assigned and appropriate ā¢ Engage in structured didactic sessions, conferences, and educational activities ā¢ Complete competency-based evaluations and performance assessments ā¢ Maintain compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and scope of practice ā¢ Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and commitment to learning.
The 12-month fellowship includes rotational experiences across orthopedic subspecialties, which may include but are not limited to:
ā¢ Trauma ā¢ Adult Reconstruction ā¢ Sports Medicine ā¢ Hand & Upper Extremity ā¢ Foot & Ankle ā¢ Spine ā¢ Pediatrics ā¢ Inpatient Orthopedics ā¢ Outpatient Surgical Services.
