p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide patient care under the supervision of attending orthopedic surgeons and senior APPs • Assist in operative cases appropriate to training level • Participate in inpatient rounding, consultations, and discharge planning • Conduct outpatient clinic visits including histories, physical exams, and treatment planning • Participate in call coverage as assigned and appropriate • Engage in structured didactic sessions, conferences, and educational activities • Complete competency-based evaluations and performance assessments • Maintain compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and scope of practice • Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and commitment to learning.
The 12-month fellowship includes rotational experiences across orthopedic subspecialties, which may include but are not limited to:
• Trauma • Adult Reconstruction • Sports Medicine • Hand & Upper Extremity • Foot & Ankle • Spine • Pediatrics • Inpatient Orthopedics • Outpatient Surgical Services.
