The Specialty PA works under physician supervision (collaborative agreement) to diagnose, treat, and manage patients within a defined specialty such as orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology, emergency medicine, surgery, neurology, or other subspecialties. This role requires strong clinical judgment, procedural competency, and the ability to manage complex patient cases within a fast-paced, specialty-driven healthcare environment.
