p>⢠Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients, including history taking, physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education ⢠Spend approximately 50% of time in direct patient care and 50% supporting physician colleagues and clinical workflows (no independent patient panel) ⢠Order and interpret appropriate labs, imaging, and referrals; perform procedures within scope of practice ⢠Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, care coordinators, and specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care ⢠Support care coordination activities, including follow-up on results, referrals, and chronic disease management ⢠Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record, ensuring appropriate coding and compliance ⢠Participate in quality improvement initiatives, population health efforts, and practice workflow optimization ⢠Maintain professionalism, regulatory compliance, and active participation in provider meetings and trainings. ⢠Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree from an accredited nursing program ⢠Physician Assistant: Graduation from an accredited PA program ⢠Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain) ⢠Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license ⢠Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider) ⢠Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation ⢠Eligible for participation with all payers.
