Additionally, this role leads a team responsible for owning initiatives that reduce waste, cost, and customer complaints through root cause problem solving and corrective action planning, and for identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvement projects/processes which ensure that products are manufactured to their specifications, via process optimization.
