Performs mechanical/plumbing maintenance including: replacement/ adjustment of flush valves, repairing leaks, clear drains and toilets, replaces filters, belts and motors, coil repairs, trap/valve maintenance, equipment cleaning, lubrication, water treatment, and inspection. Uses safe work practices and identifies and corrects unsafe facility conditionsExcellent customer service skillsJob Requirements:3- 7 years of experienceHigh school diploma or Technical trainingRecognized trade school technical training certification as an electrician and/orHVAC technicianWork in hot and cold environments.
