Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial / Industrial Service Plumber to join our growing service team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently while representing the company professionally in the field.

Main Duties:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:

  • Domestic water systems

  • Sanitary and storm drainage systems

  • Gas piping systems

  • Fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, and pumps

  • Perform service work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics

  • Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs

  • Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and dispatch

  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

  • Maintain tools, service vehicle, and jobsite cleanliness

  • Participate in on-call rotation as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing service
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Backflow certification
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, or institutional facilities
  • Experience with pumps, booster systems, and gas piping
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Salary Range: $30/h - $45/h
